Meet Rose Lang, RN
Life Coach, Somatic Therapist
Rose is passionate about helping people who feel stuck, held back by fear, or unsure of what they truly want discover what is possible for their lives.
She guides clients toward creating lives that reflect their authentic values and desires. Her work supports individuals in deepening self-awareness, moving beyond limiting beliefs and old patterns, and creating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
Rose knows what it feels like to go through the motions of life while quietly struggling within.
When her parents divorced while she was very young, she often felt she had to navigate life on her own. She learned to be helpful, not ask for much, and put others' needs first. Being needed made her feel valuable, and she carried these patterns into adulthood, becoming a nurse and later raising a family. For more than 31 years, she cared for patients while balancing the demands of her nursing career and raising her own family, often putting her own needs aside.
Eventually, burnout forced Rose to pause and take a closer look at her life. She began questioning the beliefs and patterns she had carried for years and asking herself whether the way she was living truly reflected what she wanted for herself.
Rose's search for something more led her into spiritual exploration and the study of trauma, somatic therapy, and coaching. Through this journey, she began to see herself and her life differently.
Her spiritual growth opened her to a deeper connection with herself and a new understanding of her experiences. She began to recognize that she was not defined by her past or limited by the fears and beliefs she had carried. She came to see that she was already whole, and that difficult life experiences can offer opportunities for deep personal growth.
Her journey wasn't about becoming someone different. It was about letting go of old beliefs, trusting herself, and discovering what was possible when she no longer let fear make her choices.
Somatic therapy helped Rose reconnect with herself, become more aware of her needs, and trust her inner guidance. Coaching helped her clarify what she truly wanted and take practical steps toward creating it. Through these experiences, she learned that she could move forward without having everything figured out or waiting for fear to disappear.
Today, Rose brings together her experience as a registered nurse, life coach, and somatic therapist to help others discover what is possible for their own lives.
She works with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves—people who may be caught in a constant whirlwind of thoughts, struggling with self-doubt, or unsure how to move forward. They may appear to have it together on the outside while privately feeling lost, anxious, or unfulfilled.
Through coaching and somatic therapy, Rose helps people explore familiar patterns, build self-trust, gain clarity about what they truly want, and take steps toward meaningful change. Her approach combines inner growth with practical action, helping people understand themselves more deeply and make choices that reflect who they are and what matters to them.
Rose believes we are capable of much more than our old stories may have led us to believe, and that our past experiences don't have to define the lives we create. You don't have to keep living according to old beliefs or letting fear make your choices. You can reconnect with who you are, discover what matters to you, and begin creating a life that feels more like you.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next, you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
“You can move beyond old fears and beliefs to create a life that feels true to who you are.”
— Rose Lang
Rose invites you to schedule a discovery call—a conversation about where you are, what you would like for your life, and what might be possible for your next chapter.
Your next chapter can begin with one small step.
Transformation
Personal coaching provides an individual with ongoing support, detailed action plans, constructive feedback, and high level perspective. When a person knows that they will be regularly connecting with a coach – someone who is going to give them unwavering encouragement and support – that person’s commitment and belief in their goal increases exponentially.
When we connect with a tribe of people with similar values and beliefs, great things can happen. Your growth expands. You develop a network. You get to give and receive help and support. My Group Coaching clients benefit not just from the coaching process, but also from peer learning with others. Many of my clients find coaching in a group allows them more perspective and deeper integration of concepts.

Alternative Therapies
After many years of working in a hospital, Rose realized that the medical system focuses mainly on medication as treatment. While medicine can help manage symptoms, it often does not address the underlying cause of illness. The human body has a natural ability to heal itself when it is given the right support.
Rose offers several alternative therapies that treat your body so it may heal itself. Shirodhara and Reiki help calm the nervous system and reduce stress, anxiety, and pain. Somatic therapy helps you notice where stress, anxiety, and old trauma hide as tightness or discomfort and then gently release them.
